I don't know about your ride, but I've been on cut OEM coils and OEM shock for about 2 years now and it's fine...but I think our suspension set up is different. My ride has independent suspension where the shock is next to not inside the spring. Too bad you aren't closer, I'd take you for a spin so you could see for yourself.

Haha, like those bobble-head dash charactors:smiley-rofl:
Only compaint I have is it has too much travel or sway, too loose, but some Bilstein sp should tighten it up well but nothing like you see Hondas bouncing all over the road.

a member on here Falk had cut Teins on his Y. I cant remember how much he cut but his car sits pretty nice. You should PM him. Springs is cool for now but i know im gonna probably do coils and air later. Or try and be a baller like Poges(VI IX) and get airrunner!!

I have some Tein springs for your car... A lot of members have run them on stock shocks with great results.

I cut my Tein's over 2 years ago, but I'm not on OE shocks (KYB SR Special) and it rides great still. I only cut 1/2 a coil though.
